2011 saw the business almost closing due some very poor judgement in partnerships and fraud.  After cleaning up the mess we have relaunched but will be taking a break to build our new culinary location. We are working now with other companies and new staff to fix many of the problems that drove us and our clientele nuts.  The bounce back has been hard but we are quickly gaining steam. We are involved in the opening of a new restaurant in Niagara Falls called Big Texas that will allow us to service all of your catered events. We will be taking a break until March 2012 to accomodate this upgrade. All events that are previously booked will be executed and those looking for events will still be able to inquire beyond April.

We have had issues with the link between the Booking Communication and our email so please if you are looking to have an event send your emails to shawn@niagaracatering.ca. We have removed the booking calendar as it turned out we have actually received a lot of communications that never made it to us. Looking forward to cooking for you and making your dream event come true.
